2 ton Steam boiler

We supply coal fired industrial boilers for all purposes with main features as:

1) The 2~ 6t/h (1.4MW~4.2MW) boiler uses quick fitting structure, very easy for installation and save boiler room space;

2) The boiler of 6 ~ 25t/h is composed of 2 main parts: the upper body which is for heat exchange, and

    lower body  for fuel combustion

3) All boiler parts are assembled according to the international standards as customers required, 

     Including GB, ASME, EN, IBR and so on. Safety is the most concerned issue for our customers .
4) Quick installation    

    we provide supervision service to customers for installation and commissioning work so the new boiler

    can operate quickly after delivery.

5) Economic for long term operation

     With reasonable design to the boiler structure and equipped with quality auxiliary machines, our

     boiler saves a lot in fuel consumption and can reach the highest efficiency as designed for long term

    operation. 

6) Low cost on maintenance

    As we use international standard material for assembling boiler parts and with high quality auxiliary 

    machines matched to the boiler, so the impact of maintenance to users’ production is reduced to 

    the minimum level
